Welcome to a new year in Ipswich 8 Ball.  I have outlined all motions that were passed at our General Meeting that will re-shape our year this year.

We only sponser Ipswich players that have represented us at City Country level or have tried out.

We leave Tuesday night B & C Grade and we have open competition on Wednesday night.

Once registered in one team you must stay in that team.

Any C Grade player can only play in B Grade three times then they stay in B Grade

Players under the age of 18 can play in the association.

Membership fees should be increased to $25.

Game fees to increase by $5 per night in each Division.

We record all master shots and breaks in each grade.

Players are responsible for their own transportation to City Country.

All division city country trials are to be played before the ladies.

The association will enter the following proposed events onto the draw sheet of each grade at the time that the draw is made.  The events shall include date and time and cannot be amended. - AGM 2011, Trophy night 2010, Club Championships, City Country trials, Grand Finals.

We need team nominations in on the 16th February 7pm at the RSL - the committee will then do the draw on Sunday the 21st Feb.  We will then meet team captains on the 23rd February at 7pm ath the RSL to hand out score sheets, draw etc.  We will commence our season on Tuesday the 2nd March.
